Terms of Service

About these terms
These terms apply to all gardening services provided by Verdant & Co. Garden Care. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and bookings
All quotes are free and no-obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins once you accept a quote and we agree a start date.
Pricing
Most work is charged at £22 per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Regular scheduled visits may be offered at a fixed rate, agreed in advance.
Cancellations
For one-off work, please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For regular visits, we appreciate as much notice as possible. There are no cancellation fees.
Access and safety
Please ensure we have safe access to your garden and that any hazardous items (sharp objects, animal waste, etc.) are cleared where possible. We reserve the right to decline work if conditions are unsafe.
Insurance
Verdant & Co. holds £2 million public liability insurance. This covers accidental damage caused by our team during scheduled work. It does not cover pre-existing damage or issues arising from garden conditions outside our control.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer or cash. Invoices are provided on request.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
